Tasting Notes

It’s super exciting seeing Harvest kicking off for some Sparkling producers throughout the Valley this week! Even though I’m excited, it also makes me a little sad. Every summer, I grasp onto every little tendril of the season. I enjoy nothing more than being outside all day working away. There’s something magical about it for me. What better way to kick off Harvest myself than with a Sparkling from GoodFellow (@goodfellowfamilycellars). This is a Blanc de Blancs from Whistling Ridge Vineyard. Most of you know Marcus makes exceptional Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. When I read he was releasing Sparkling, I bought a few bottles without a single sip. And of course, I am not disappointed one bit. All of the yumminess I would expect from a Blanc de Blancs is here and yes, that is all the detail I am providing today. I want to cherish the moment and bask. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
