Tasting Notes

It's March already, and 2024 seems to be moving faster than 2023. Maybe that means I'm having more fun this year? Definitely not getting older and time isn't flying by at all! It's been a while since I enjoyed an Aubaine Chardonnay (@aubainewine), and the 2021 Anahata Vineyard is delicious! When the perfect balance of minerality and acidity hits your mid-palate, a series of reactions follow. First, you gaze at the wine in the glass and marvel at its beauty. Then, you feel the week's stress melting away as you relax. Finally, you cozy up on the couch, engaging in deep conversations and creating lasting memories. While many wines can evoke similar feelings, only a select few have this magical effect on me, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 Trying to keep up with the events happening in Wine Country can be a full-time job.
