Tasting Notes

It is getting close to yet another episode of the podcast, and if you have listened to an in-person episode, you know I enjoy bringing a blind wine! This week’s episode is with David Paige. If you are unaware of David Paige, maybe I should mention he was the winemaker at Adelsheim for 17 years. In the past couple of years, he started his brand David Paige Wines, and I have to tell you it is a winery you should check out! The knowledge and experience show through in his wine, and did I mention he was a featured winery for IPNC this year? The Blanc de Gris from Lundeen Wines is what I chose to blind David on. It is different, thinks outside the box, and felt perfect to present to David. The next episode of the podcast drops on Thursday morning, and if you are not subscribed to the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever you listen to your podcasts, you should subscribe today! It is quite the episode. About the wine, Micheal Lundeen is a masterful wizard when it comes to making still or Sparkling wine. This is the first time I have encountered a Sparkling Pinot Gris, which was quite fabulous! Please don’t take my word for it, though. Listen to the podcast and get David Paige’s reaction. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
