Today is Day 7 of 10 of my Gemstone Winery finds of 2022 with Iterum Wines(@iterumwines). What a guy Joe Dobbs is. Seeing him start his new project, Iterum, inspires me for when I grow up. I will never forget sitting with Joe, tasting his wines, and feeling like I was visiting a friend to catch up on life. The wines show through and through his desire to show off quality.
