Tasting Notes

If you've been following my wine journey, you know the back deck is my sunny sanctuary. But let me tell you, it’s craving some TLC! A good pressure wash and a fresh coat of sealant are on the horizon. Totally worth it for summer vibes! Speaking of discoveries, I admit I’m a bit late to the game with Seth's wines. Although I’ve always enjoyed them on occasion, truly sitting down with these wines is a whole different experience. Take the 2022 Willamette Valley Chardonnay, for instance. It was delightful on day 1, even better on day 2, still fabulous on day 3, and by day 4? Absolutely mind-blowing! Seriously, what other wine holds up like this by day 4? It’s gorgeous, delicious, and a testament to enduring quality. And though I feel almost guilty for opening it so early, I can only imagine how this bottle could evolve. It could easily grace us with its presence for another 20 years! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
