The newsletter is all ready for you to read bright and early at 6:10 in the morning or whenever you wake up. It’s still hard for me to come to grips with the fact I have one more newsletter to write this year (I am taking the last two weeks off). What a year it has been, and I can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store for all of us!
In the glass tonight is a 2019 State of Grace Pinot Noir from Arlyn. My 2019 stash will seriously disappoint in a few years because I am drinking them now. However, I adore the 2019 vintage, and this bottle is no exception. On the nose, the immediate subtle forest floor aromas tease your mid-palate for a luscious, full-bodied experience of those forest floor aromas continuing with a nicely integrated tannin structure leaving you salivating for more on the finish.
