What a day of football! TCU almost went down along with Michigan. The TN game isn’t starting off too well, but TN will win, right?
I have been enjoying listening to football games today while putting up Christmas decorations. I know it is early, but the sun was out with no rain. So I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
Today’s Sparking is all about Granville’s 2017 Blanc de Noir from the Holstein Estate Vineyard. I will need a few more bottles since this was my last one. With this being 100% Pinot Noir, I am enjoying a little kick on entry and mid-palate, where a mouth-watering acidity is waiting to grab your attention on multiple levels. Savoring those bubbles on the finish does nothing but raise the hair on your arms!
