It is hot! Part of me is super happy, while another says it’s too hot. 🥵 You know there is always something to complain about regarding the weather. However, there is the perfect pairing for hot weather like this, and that is Bubbles! If you didn’t hear, Corollary announced the purchase of a 57-acre vineyard 100% committed to Sparkling. It will probably be 5-8 years until we see anything from the vineyard, but this sets a stage for Oregon Wine History. By 2030, some killer Sparkling will come out of Oregon for the Wine World at large to experience.
