Tasting Notes

I don’t know why, but I opened my last bottle of Pinot from Soter today. I have other whites and some Bubbles waiting for me, but today was a little sad sprinkled in with happiness. The sadness comes from the last bottle of Pinot. I know I can always go back and buy more, but constantly visiting as many Oregon wineries as possible, the likelihood of another visit is slight in the near future. The happiness is all about the high standard of quality Soter holds itself to. When I first tasted the Savanah Ridge a few years it was better than any other Pinot I had. Everything Soter produces is top-notch and off the charts, but the Savanah Ridge is one you have to try! . . 📰 Want to know more about Oregon Wine and Wineries sign up for my weekly newsletter.
