2021 Soter Estate Pinot Noir Review

I have been working nonstop for the last 13 hours and adore every second of it! Thinking back on my second job, I would get so frustrated doing the same thing day in and day out. The challenges every day throws my way keep me on my toes, and I look forward to what tomorrow brings. In the glass tonight is a 2021 Soter Estate Pinot Noir (@soterwines). Last March, on the 25th, I sat down with Chris Fladwood, winemaker at Soter, for one heck of a conversation on the podcast. Chris's spectacular qualities, which I took away from the conversation, are his spirit, determination, humbleness, and desire to push the boundaries to create something unique.
