Tasting Notes
When was the last time you took a trip out to Carlton? I know I don’t get out there enough. There are so many things I adore about Carlton! It’s a cute little town that is jam-packed full of greatness! Outside of all the wineries, the bakery is a huge weakness for me.
When you visit Carlton, did you stop by Tendril (@tendrilwines)? Have you heard of Tendril? Are you ready for some blow-your-socks-off wine? When you do visit Tendril, take note of the vintages they are pouring compared to most places around town. The wines at Tendril are many years older.
Let’s chat a bit about the 2021 Enchanter Chardonnay. I am going on day four with this wine and it is showing off exceptionally well! What does that say? Well, to me, it says that when this bottle is stored properly for the next 15+ years, you are going to need to hold onto your socks big time because even though it is ready to drink now, as it matures with age, it will only get better.
