What does one do after spending all day in wine country?
Open more wine, of course! I have a little routine of grilling up a steak outside, no matter the weather is outside. Tonight was a little brutal with pouring down rain, but still oh so good!
I would have posted this earlier, but I had to watch Tennessee play Kentucky. It was one heck of a nail-biter to the last 40 seconds. TN’s defense played over 90 plays, with our offense playing less than 10 minutes. Somehow we freakin won 45 to 42, but now I can concentrate on posting to social media.
Pray Tell Wines is one you don’t hear much about, but let me tell you, get on their mailing list! I got their Chardonnay in the Spring, and the Pinot came earlier this week. A tad bit of barnyard funk mingled with some dark fruit is quite delightful! The finish is a long stellar journey into the bliss of what Oregon can bring to your glass!
