Tonight I have been working on my upcoming Oregon Sparkling Report. I currently have over 30 bottles for the report. Who would have thought there were so many yummy Oregon Bubbles to enjoy? Tonight, I decided to open a favorite winery of mine, Audeant. I haven’t mentioned their Rose much, but look at the color! It is a deep dark Rose with a heavier body compared to a typical salmon color light body rose. Andrew sets his sight to make his Rose better with age. The artistic expression for this Rose answers the question, “Is wine art?”
