How does one decide on a birthday bottle to open? So many excellent choices! At first, I was thinking I was going to open a 2014 Croft from 00 Wines. No, I can’t do that. What about the 2015 Stardance from 00 Wines? Nope. I only have one bottle, and poof, they are gone. Well, the 2008 Dundee Hills from Alexana is good, right? Nope! Once again, only one bottle left.
I decided to open a 2016 Nysa from Audeant. It felt utterly appropriate since I am an absolute fanboy. A year later, it is time to start the hashtag. Thank you, Andrew, Teal, and Dan!
