There are nights where you want to pop a cork, relax and enjoy a glass without having to break it down. Being off the last two weeks has been amazing on so many levels. Going back to work, facing the reality of work and school was very much present. However, there is a chocolate cheesecake in the oven. Today wasn’t all that bad! Here’s to the first workday of 2021!
The 2015 Origin Eola-Amity Hills is exactly what I needed tonight. It is a solid showing of great fruit from the Zena Crown Vineyard. I had no clue it was from Zena Crown when I pulled it, but it added to the delight of the day coming to a close.
