2020 Aubaine Anahata Vineyeard Chardonnay On Day Review

To say I have been enjoying working on the back deck day all day is an understatement. I might have been staring off into space multiple times, looking at all the plants going crazy. All of this weather also means it is time to get back into the routine of morning bike rides! Tonight’s wine is the 2020 Aubaine Anahata Vineyeard Chardonnay On Day 3, this is still showing beautifully! I adore savoring this wine on the mid-palate. All of that minerality from Day 1 is still very much present and pairs exceptionally well with all the sun today! The acidity level is still killer giving every single sign of the age-worthy potential of this Chardonnay.
