Tasting Notes

Prime Cut is the best of the best from Hazelfern, and it doesn't disappoint. For some reason, a Marky Mark and The Funky Bunch song comes to mind about taking a walk on the wild side. This glass leaves anything Marky Mark was rapping about back in the day on the side of the road for the vultures to snack on later in the day. A sip of this Pinot grabs you mid-palate and does a complete 180 degree reframe of your current thought process. The Prime Cut insists on having your full complete attention. I seriously don't know what repercussions will occur if you ignore Prime Cut. Do you really want to found out? I don’t want to know either. The bright red cherry is delightful from mid-palate all the way to a sultry long finish. . . . . . . 📰 Want to know more about Oregon Wine and Wineries sign up for my weekly newsletter.
