Yesterday got away from me, and I didn’t get a chance to post this 2015 Max from Colene Clemens. To me, this is a Big Boy Pinot, and I loved every minute of it. I saw a quote earlier that said, “My blood type is pumpkin spice.” If you take out the pumpkin, the quote fits me to a T. A sip of Max is an intensely pleasurable ride getting your attention immediately, continuing through mid-palate and all the way to a gorgeous spicy finish.
