Changing things up a bit tonight. I signed up for the cheesecake club from The Hungry Hero, @thehungryhero. This months flavor is Cookie Butter with salted caramel. I have to say this cheesecake is the lightest and fluffiest I’ve ever had. I swear it melted in my mouth. Pairing it with a little frozen sipping tequila makes it a perfect dessert tonight.
