Tasting Notes

Last night was a first for me in trying a Riesling Secco. The bubbles lasted for a tiny bit. It was a dry aka Trocken Riesling. Acidity was medium and I’m going to research to see how this can age. I have a feeling it is one to drink early. Otherwise, having bubbles after a nice hot day was refreshing and would open another one again!
