I want to take a minute and introduce you to the 2009-2012 Sitar vertical from @alexanawinery . I was lucky enough to talk with a current member in November about Sitar and had the luxury of tasting a Sitar in February. I highly recommend getting your hands on a Sitar while you can, which is no longer in production.
