Tasting Notes
There are so many wineries on my list to visit and do a deep dive into their wines. I finally ordered a few bottles from Big Table Farm. Tonight I opened the 2019 Pelos Sandberg Vineyard. When I usually open a Pinot, I get strong red fruit or dark fruit on the mid-palate. This is something entirely different and unique. Take a slight hint of barn-yard-funk mix in some medium red fruit, and you have a masterpiece of farming showcasing in your glass.
