Tasting Notes

Tonight I needed a memory of summer, and there was nothing better than remembering the Sunday I visited L’Angolo when Honeypie pizza was onsite catering their stellar pizzas. I had the Fungus Among Us pie, and it was sensational! During my visit, I bought a bottle of the 2019 L’Anglo Reserve Chard and purchased a couple of bottles. Tonight I opened the same bottle without the pizza and the heat, but the wine was all I needed to be taken back! On the nose, you get all the classic signs of a Chardonnay filled with zesty spice and acidity for days on the mid-palate. I couldn’t help but remember the sun bearing down on my bald head while enjoying the long and full finish. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
