Tasting Notes
Most people feel like Monday is the worst day ever. Yet, I am invigorated when I wake up Monday morning. It’s a fresh start to a new week, and the possibilities are endless. So, what are you doing to kickstart your week?
Tonight’s wine comes from two brothers I hold in the highest of regards. Mac and Sid complement one another on every single level. When I asked the two of them, “Is Wine Art” Mac started answering the question and said, “Everything starts in the vineyard, and that is where Sid shines.” Sid finished up the question. Seeing how these two brothers work together makes me long for siblings.
The 2019 King’s North Luminous Hills Pinot is gorgeous right out the gate, but the acidity and tannin structure are in place for 10+ years. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for King’s North!
