Tasting Notes
Tonight’s is all about breaking the rules by wearing and drinking white. Tonight’s wine for me is a 2018 Silver Lining from Soter. The blend is interesting with a makeup of 28% Siegerrebe, 27% Madeline Angevine, 17% Madeline Sylvaner, 17% Gruner Veltliner, 7% Gewuratraminer, 4% Pinot Blanc.
