2018 Iron Filbert Review

The week is flying by for me, and I need it to slow down! So many deadlines are approaching, and the pressure is building to get my Sparkling Report done. It is coming out this month! Things are looking good the second Saturday of September, but eek so much more work to do. If you aren’t interested in the report, I am putting together a weekly journey into Oregon Sparkling. In an attempt to slow the week down and chill and a bit, I decided to open a bottle of 2018 Iron Filbert from Domaine Roy. This is not a Wednesday night kind of wine, but I decided to splurge a bit. I will spend the remainder of the evening on the back porch winding down a bit while working on the Sparkling Report.
