It’s Friday night, and I have to admit I was expecting it to be a bit warmer out, but I’ll take no rain with clouds! I am prepping for venison tacos on the grill with a 2018 Hazelfern Les Collines Vineyard Syrah from Walla Walla. There might be Champagne later on as well…….

It is incredible to see what Bryan and Laura are doing and when they have a Sparkling in about four years, it will be fabulous! Oh, and they are releasing a unique wine in the Fall. I can’t wait!!!
