Tasting Notes
It’s been a busy week, but there are so many beautiful signs of Spring. Have you noticed daylight sticking around past 8:00? Now we only need the temperature to increase a wee bit so I can stay outside all day on the back deck.
Today's weather has been sun, clouds, rain, and more sun. That sounds like a great excuse to open a bottle of Sparkling! The 2018 Cuvee One from Corollary hit the spot tonight. With 64% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 1% Pinot Blanc and an ABV of 12.3, it hit the spot for a great Saturday evening.
