2018 Brut Wedding Tree Cuvee Review

Attending the Oregon Chardonnay Celebration last weekend was an absolute delight! Although I didn't have the chance to fully explore all the food and there were still some wines left on my list to try, I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in conversations with so many people. Towards the end of the event, Beth from Dion (@dionvineyards) approached me with a friendly greeting. I was truly pleased that she reached out as it had been quite some time since our last conversation. I have been particularly enjoying her social media posts featuring sheep visiting the vineyard. While we were chatting, I was fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of more sheep! This weekend also marks the reopening of the tasting room after the winter hiatus, and I definitely plan on making a visit soon. When it comes to the next best thing after visiting the vineyard, nothing beats uncorking a bottle of Dion's 2018 Brut Wedding Tree Cuvee. It has been a while since I last savored this wine, and to my surprise, I still have one more bottle tucked away among a collection of Oregon Sparkling wines labeled "Do not open!" The Wedding Tree Cuvee tends to disappear quickly, so if you haven't had the chance to taste it yet, I highly recommend making a trip to Dion and experiencing it for yourself! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
