Tasting Notes

The other day, Tuesday night wines were brought up in conversation. It made me think about what constitutes a Tuesday night wine? It definitely can’t compare to a Monday night wine where you are looking at the dread of starting another week. If you are lucky, there are leftovers from Monday, but what do you open on Tuesday if Monday was that bad? I don’t have a good classification for a Tuesday night wine. Do you have something? Tonight, I wanted to explore a bottle I hadn’t opened in a while. The 2018 Arlyn In Good Faith felt a good fit. Spring is all over the place, with almost 80-degree weather last week and snow yesterday. I wanted to reminisce about the sunny days at the picnic table tasting at Arlyn. The peace and quiet with a stunning view for miles up miles of the valley. Miss Cooper being ever vigilant, keeping watch of possible cars coming up the driveway. My current Tuesday night wine is about dreaming of sun, warmth, and good times spending with friends over an incredible glass of wine! . . 📰 Want to know more about Oregon Wine and Wineries sign up for my weekly newsletter.
