Tasting Notes
Tonight’s bottle is a 2017 Ore Pinot noir. Crystals on the cork of this 2017 which I found strange for such a young wine. Nothing great on the nose. The taste is subtle and elegant with gentle earth tones entering mid palette lingering for quite some time. Very pleasant.
