It’s been a hot one this week and so grateful to be neck deep in summer. The pool is still only 70 degrees, but this 2017 La Bete from Lingua Franca is excellent this evening. The subtle earthiness on the nose, palette and ending with a solid medium finish hits the spot. What did you do this week to stay cool?
