Tasting Notes
I needed something dark and fantastic tonight, but I was overwhelmed when I went into my cellar. The Project M 2017 Bednarik Vineyard was staring a hole in me and saying, “You need to open me!” I knew the 2016 I had the other week was fabulous. I also need to research material on a piece I am writing for the Bednarik Vineyard. I feel it was destiny for me to open this bottle tonight. hahahaha
Take a look at how dark red the juice is in the glass. On the nose, swaths of dark fruit with a hint of earth creep from the glass. Immediately upon entry, this wine grabs you with dark fruits coating your mid-palate and a finish worth closing your eyes, allowing waves of wine ecstasy to take away all crazy Friday afternoon horrible traffic. Your results may vary on the finish, but still, you know what I mean.
Thank you, @projectmwines, for the sample!
