Tasting Notes

Yup, I am going to talk about the weather. The sun is out in full force today, and so many smiles all around today with all of the windows down in the car going down 205. With all this sun, I couldn’t have a better bottle to open than the 2016 RMS Brut. It is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay with all those tiny bubbles making smiles even wider! I remember tasting this exact wine in the summer of 2021 and fell head over heels immediately. Two years later, this wine is still showing beautifully. Something about a 70/30 blend gives an excellent mouthful balance of the two grape varieties I enjoy so much! The acidity level is still stellar and pairs perfectly with an evening on the back deck. 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 🍷 🗓 Trying to keep up with the events happening in Wine Country can be a full-time job.
