Tasting Notes

If you dislike reading about boring sunny weather in the PNW, move on to the next paragraph. Holy Toledo Batman, it felt like a Friday summer afternoon today! I don’t care the temperature was no were near summer temps. All I care about is the sun, the opening of the house, and feeling the sun slightly kissing my bald head. With weather like this, there is no more work for the remainder of the week, right? Usually, I would say Day 4 for a bottle of wine is pushing the limits, but I am not seeing that at all with Lytle-Barnett’s 2016 Lytle-Barnett Brut Rose. Everything is still firmly in place, the bubbles, the Pinot Noir raciness, the outlandishly long lingering finish, and of course, the acidity! I don’t push wine often, but you should consider joining the three bottles per quarter “Cellar Club.” I promise that getting those three bottles will bring the biggest smiles to your face! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 Massive shoutout to Lytle-Barnett for sponsoring the podcast this week!
