Tasting Notes

It is Saturday, and the sun decided to come out and play! What better way to top off the day than with some vintage Sparkling from Lytle-Barnett? The 2016 Lytle-Barnett Brut Rose shows spectacularly in the glass with those teeny tiny bubbles waiting in anticipation for your mid-palate. There is something to be said about a chilled Sparkling hitting your mid-palate. The chilled sensation, the bubbles, and the wine itself do nothing but bring out the grandest of smiles, followed by gravity taking control to ease the tension in the shoulders. Paying attention to the finish of this wine, you will detect how the 65% Pinot Noir races along the edge of the mid-palate, slowly dissipating for the longest time. The acidity level on this is through the roof, and oh me, oh my, I need to see a bottle in 10, 15, and 20 years from now. This will blow the socks off many people in the years to come! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 🥂 Massive shoutout to Lytle-Barnett for sponsoring the podcast this week!
