The sun, oh my goodness the sun was out today! Went for a bike ride and had to buy a table tiki torch for summer! The 2016 Le Pavillon Pinot from Holloran goes right with the summer theme of today. Sitting in the Pavillon right smack dap in the middle of the vineyard would have been perfect! Don’t let this bottle foul you, it might take a second before recognizing what’s before you. Close your eyes for the finish and see where it takes you!
