Tasting Notes
I could not attend the Project M Zoom call on Saturday, with Project M focusing on the Bednarik vineyard. Today I was ready to taste wine again, and I wasn’t disappointed with the 2016 Bednarik Vineyard. The color is nice dark red, following through on the palate introducing you to a quiet, gentle ride of silkiness you would expect from a high-quality Pinot. Based on the color and the medium-plus acidity, this wine will be fun to revisit in another 5 to 7 years. Have you visited Project M? What did you think, and what was your favorite? Stay tuned while I visit the 2017 and 2018.
