Tasting Notes
Despite the possible inclement weather conditions this weekend, I refuse to let it dampen my anticipation for the upcoming Spring season. I am eagerly looking forward to sunnier days ahead!
It has been incredibly exciting to witness the growth of Cho Wines, led by Lois and Dave Cho, over the past few years. From expanding their brand to purchasing a vineyard and constructing a tasting room, they have accomplished so much. This Spring, we can all finally experience their highly anticipated new tasting room. Make sure to mark your calendars for the weekends of March 22 and March 29th for their Grand Opening. Trust me, you don't want to miss it!
Something else you don't want to overlook is the 2015 Laurel Vineyard Blanc de Noirs. It's truly astonishing to think that I am opening a sparkling wine that is nine years old from Oregon. The Oregon Sparkling Revolution is truly upon us!
