Tasting Notes
It’s Labor Day. I hope you are taking the time to relax a bit and enjoy the day. This morning I marinated some pork tenderloin with Kentucky bourbon and other ingredients. I had no clue what to open today, but finally decided on a 2013 Single Clone Pommard from Alexana. It’s weird to have the pork marinated in bourbon and drinking wine...... It’s still good but tasting the bourbon is a little weird for me.
