Tasting Notes

The wine I enjoyed last evening hailed from the Ana vineyard, and the initial winery where I savored a Pinot Noir from this vineyard was Holloran (@holloranvineyardwines). Despite the passage of time since my last visit, my admiration for this winery remains unwavering. While contemplating another bottle from the Ana vineyard, I ultimately opted for the 2012 Holloran Cuvee Gran Jean Pinot Noir. This choice proved to be nothing short of exceptional, as the wine exhibited remarkable qualities. Even after 14 years, the bottle continues to exude vitality and complexity. If you have yet to visit Holloran, it is worth the trip! 👇 👇 👇 👇 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 🍷 Would you like to get a Saturday morning email once a month to read with your coffee giving you insider tips on events, news, and an in-depth perspective on a winery?
