Last night was buying pavlova to enjoy for Valentines. Today was all about creating a homemade chocolate pavlova. Oh my so good!! I need to work on the recipe some more since it fell, but oh my this was so good with a glass of 2011 Shea Estate I got from Vivino for $27/bottle. 🍷
